Experience
Lauren fell in love with the written word as a young girl through books and has spent more than 15 years in the publishing industry. Taking inspiration from any number of HGTV shows, she's fascinated by design and is regularly redecorating or on the hunt for her next DIY project. This led her to write a monthly 'How To' column for her local newspaper for seven years. In her spare time, when she's not cuddled up with her three dogs and a fantasy novel, she'll likely be found at the barn riding horses.
Education
Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in communications at the University of Maryland University College.
