Add Interest To Your Garden With This Uniquely Stunning Rose
By LAUREN KRYSTAF
Beautiful and fragrant, rose bushes are often the star of the show. Of the many lovely colors available, the Hot Cocoa rose’s smoky reddish-orange hue adds elegance to any garden.
These rose bushes can be grown from either rootstock roses or their own roots. While the first option will bloom faster, the second may result in a stronger, longer-lasting plant.
Both options grow best in full sun with well-draining, organic-heavy soil and slow-release fertilizer. They grow up to 4 feet tall, making them perfect for perennial borders.
Pair the continually blooming rose with various seasonal plants like tulips or daylilies for long-lasting color, or match it with differently-sized rose bushes for visual intrigue.
