Cardboard Is All You Need To Banish Slugs From Your Garden
By RYAN HAYWARD
Slugs feed during the night, so set up a cardboard trap before the sun sets. Simply dampen the soil around the plants you want to protect and lay a piece of cardboard on top of it.
Lay as much cardboard as required based on your garden's size. In the morning, flip over the cardboard, and you may find a few slugs attached to the bottom.
Slugs love moist, healthy soil and usually seek shelter under big leaves, so they'll latch onto a dampened cardboard placed over moist soil, believing it
to be a safe haven.
You can then transplant these pests away from your garden and repeat this simple, natural, and yet cost-friendly hack until no more slugs remain.
