Completely Makeover Plain Office Cabinets With A Crafty DIY

TikToker @DIYwithShantelle demonstrates how to turn an ugly filing cabinet into an attractive centerpiece. First, coat it in a direct-to-metal paint color that appeals to you.
Next, purchase Weldbond glue from Amazon for under $20, along with some wooden frames, such as a pack of 4-inch-by-6-inch frames from Amazon, and a few gold handles.
Buy a few pieces of scrapbooking prints in the same design, and cut out 4-inch-by-6-inch pieces. Then, glue them to the back of the wooden frame, and let them dry.
Now, measure out the middle of each drawer where you want to place the framed paper. Use Mod Podge to cover the back of the paper well, and apply glue to the frame.
Next, glue the framed print to your cabinet drawer and weigh it down for about an hour. Apply two layers of Mod Podge to the front of your scrapbooking paper to prevent damage.
Finally, drill holes to attach the handles, and affix decorative legs at the bottom if you like. Now, position your new cabinet, place plants on top, and hang pictures above it.
