Create Beautiful Seasonal Decor With A Napkin And Old Jar

Turn your old jars into stunning seasonal decor by decoupaging pretty paper napkins onto the surface. No matter which season you’re decorating for, this is an easy DIY project.
Wipe your jar clean with rubbing alcohol to get rid of any sticker residue, then decide if you want to paint the jar. Apply at least two coats of either glass paint or chalk paint.
Separate your napkin’s layers so it’s one ply, and paint a thin layer of decoupage medium like Mod Podge onto the jar where you want to attach it. Place the napkin onto the jar.
Paint another thin layer of Mod Podge on top of the napkin, and let it dry. For the jar’s rim, decoupage a patterned border, gild it with gold paint, or glue ribbon around it.
