Create Extra Coffee Mug Storage With This Genius DIY Idea

If you're sick of stacking coffee cups to make them fit in your kitchen cabinets, consider installing screw-in hooks inside the cabinets to easily hang the mugs by their handles.
Start by choosing hooks with a curved shape that can hold the cups well, and go for hooks that match the cabinet's color. They can be steel, brass plated, or vinyl-coated hooks.
Next, remove all your mugs, and decide if you want to place the hooks evenly. If so, use a measurement tape and pencil to mark the spots where you want the hooks to go.
Then, create pilot holes with an electric drill on top of the pencil marks and screw in your hooks securely. Hang the mugs and place any extra ones below them on the shelf.
