Decorative Garden Hose Storage Hacks To Eliminate Clutter

One great way to keep your garden hose tidy is to store it in a decorative pot, as TikToker @heather.k.hohn has done. First, coil your hose to see what size pot you will need.
Next, drill a hole at the bottom of the pot using a Garhwal drill bit adapter from Amazon for $9. Pull the hose end through to connect it, and store the rest in the pot.
TikToker @superkeek bought a magazine rack from a thrift store. You can choose a style you like and paint it using Rust-Oleum's Stops Rust for $7 at Home Depot.
Once the paint has dried, set the magazine rack underneath your hose spigot. Attach the connector and store the hose at the bottom on the metal rack for a no-fuss DIY solution.
For this idea by TikToker @averagebutinspired, use a wicker basket from home or buy one. Cut a hole in it using a drill bit adapter to fit the size of your hose connector.
Spray the whole basket with a waterproof sealer such as Rust-Oleum Varathane for $15 on Amazon. Now, thread the hose end through to connect it, and store the rest in the basket.
TikToker @chemonghhbc showed how this hack keeps your garden hose organized and also provides light. You’ll need a newel post, a solar-powered post cap light, and a hose mount.
First, dig a hole to install the post. Next, attach the post cap (available at Home Depot for $6) on top of the post, and then screw the hose mount to the side facing the spigot.
To use a copper pot, place it next to your spigot and store the hose inside, as TikToker @thermalandoaks has done. Copper is corrosion-resistant, sturdy, and beautiful.
You can drill a hole at the back using a Sali drill bit attachment from Amazon for $16, which can cut through metal. If you do drill a hole, sand the edge to avoid nasty cuts.
