Ditch The Chemicals And Use This Kitchen Staple To Banish Pesky Weeds
By DANIELLE RAMOS-SULLIVAN
Weeds can quickly take over your lawn to create an unsightly look or compete with your plants for resources in the soil. Luckily, you can remove them
safely using vegetable oil.
Vegetable oil is an eco-friendly option and often cheaper than commercial weed killers. All you need to do is collect the oil in a spray bottle and saturate the weeds with it.
Ensure you completely cover the stems and all the leaves so the weeds suffocate and die off. You can even reuse vegetable oil leftover after cooking, but wait for it to cool off.
