Easy & Natural Ways To Banish Hard Water Stains From Glass
By RYAN HAYWARD
Minerals present in water such as magnesium, lime, and calcium, as well as toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap, can lead to unsightly and stubborn hard water stains.
To remove the stains, mix equal parts of vinegar and distilled water, spray it on the affected area, and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, wipe clean with a soft cloth
or sponge.
Alternatively, take half a lemon and rub it vigorously on the stains, allowing the citric acid to break them down. Afterward, wipe the area clean with a soft cloth or paper towel.
Baking soda is another useful ingredient. You can mix it with vinegar or lemon to create a fizzy solution or combine it with water to form a paste, and apply it to the stains.
