If you’re looking to upgrade your home with some chic stone décor without breaking the bank, consider using this IKEA MAMMUT stool hack.
While real stone stools can get pricey as they require quality materials and expert craftsmanship, this MAMMUT stool hack won’t cost you more than $30.
First, buff your stool to remove the glossy finish and apply a primer. Then, spray paint it using paint from Rust-Oleum’s “Stone” line, as recommended by @homeofblondy on TikTok.
Make sure your surface is clean and spray at least an inch away from the stool’s surface to achieve a cohesive stone appearance. Let it cure for 24 hours before you decorate it.
