Opening a stubborn jar lid can be a frustrating task. Fortunately, a simple and handy solution to this all-too-common challenge exists right in your kitchen: a wooden spoon.
To utilize this hack, firmly hold the jar and strike the side of the lid's rim with the spoon. Once you hear a popping sound, twist off the cap, which should come off effortlessly.
If this method doesn't work, try hitting the top of the lid with the spoon until you hear the popping noise, indicating the seal has broken. Open the lid as soon as you hear it.
