If you use your Swiffer mop regularly, then you’ve probably run out of Swiffer mop pads before. This can be a total stressor, but socks are an easy fix that won’t hurt your wallet.
TikTok user @athomewithshannon shows how easy this hack is to use. "Just grab a fuzzy sock with grips on the bottom," they explained in the video.
Make sure the sock you’ve chosen is clean and fresh, and per @athomewithshannon,
"[s]tretch it right over the Swiffer; it works as a dry or wet mop. Then, just toss in
the wash."
You can also use a regular fuzzy sock without grips, as either option will be able to clean your floor pretty well, and you can freshen them up in the washing machine afterward.
