Here's How To Keep Dust Out Of Your Closet
By MICHELLE ROBERTS-GARCIA
Dust is an unwelcome guest in any home, and your closet is no exception. Clothes naturally shed over time, but you can maintain a clean closet with a few simple strategies.
Use garment bags, dry cleaner bags, or trash bags to store items that shed fibers or are used infrequently, such as heavy coats, sweaters, and
special attire.
Ensure the bags are properly sealed to keep fibers in and dust out. Additionally, use a lint roller to remove debris from clothes before returning them to the closet.
For closets with shelves, store clothes and accessories in clear storage boxes to easily locate items while keeping
dust at bay.
Shoe racks can help keep shoes off the floor and free up space, making it easier to clean the closet and prevent dust buildup.
