HGTV's Jenn Todryk Says You Should Splurge On This Kitchen Feature

In a recent renovation on her HGTV show "No Demo Reno," Jenn Todryk added what she saw as an absolute necessity to the spacious kitchen — custom cabinetry.
By creating crisp white custom cabinetry that fit the kitchen's footprint, Todryk formed a more functional space and maximized the unique shape of the kitchen.
Todryk invested nearly 1/4 of the total renovation budget on custom cabinetry, as it pays off in beauty, functionality, personalization, and greater potential
resale value.
While not all kitchens require custom cabinetry, Todryk emphasizes the importance of considering them as a great place to invest your budget during a remodel.
Todryk also suggests moving beyond traditional cabinetry, such as using a combination of drawers, traditional uppers and lowers, tall pantries, open shelving, and racks.
