HGTV's Unsellable Houses Has One Important Tip For Home Sellers

For sellers looking to make their homes more attractive, Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb from HGTV's "Unsellable Houses" recommend creating multiple spaces in one.
In an episode of the HGTV show, the duo transforms a home by taking the open floor plan and setting up a fully furnished living room, dining area, and kitchen in it.
"From a design and aesthetic standpoint, creating multiple spaces can help remind the buyers of how big this space is," explained Lamb.
Potential buyers appreciate homes where they can easily fit in, and a big part of this is creating different zones that maximize the space without feeling chaotic.
Lamb and Davis did this by carving out a dining room area with a chandelier over the table and using large rugs to make the distinction between different spaces.
