How A Pool Noodle Can Prevent Sunlight Gaps In Your Curtains

Even when using high-quality blackout curtains, it's common to find that sunlight still manages to sneak through the gaps where the curtain meets the window.
A simple yet ingenious solution to this issue is to tape a black pool noodle along the top of the curtain rod. This effectively seals the gap between the curtains and the window.
Not only is this method great for blocking out unwanted light, but it also helps keep the curtain pleats looking tidy and well arranged.
