Martha Stewart remodeled an open porch to create a lovely dining area in her former Hamptons home. She expanded the space for enjoying light-filled meals with family and friends.
The room features various touches of green décor that are typical Stewart, such as a collection of McCoy pottery jardinières and grouping of handled pitchers with fresh flowers.
If that wasn't enough lovely green, Stewart selected Mexican tile for the floor in a blue-green color that coordinated with the paint that covered her vintage dining chairs.
Even if you don't have a porch you can convert as Stewart did, you can still take a few decorating cues from her to create a casually-elegant dining space filled with green shades.
