How To Use Epsom Salt To Get Rid
Of Aphids In Your Garden
By KATIE FRANCIS
When mixed with soap and water, Epsom salt makes the perfect DIY repellent that easily deters aphids, which are attracted to the sugary liquid in the plants.
Use the Epsom salt solution at the first sign of invasion. Start by mixing two tablespoons of Epsom salt with two teaspoons of liquid soap and one gallon of water.
Pour the mixture into a spray bottle, secure its lid, and shake well until the contents are evenly distributed. Apply a coat generously and evenly on the affected leaves and stems.
The solution will repel aphids and be repulsive to other uninvited pests. Additionally, it is perfectly safe for your plants too.
