How To Use Fishing Line To Keep Deer Out Of Your Garden
By TIFFANY SELVEY
Since deer can't see thin fishing lines, they'll run straight into an invisible barrier, become confused, and eventually leave your garden alone.
Grab enough 5-foot T-posts to go around your garden, and install them about 15 feet apart using a post driver or whatever process works best for your soil type.
Tie your line to the top of the post closest to your gate. Wrap the fishing line all the way around your garden and tie it off at the post at the other side of your gate.
Repeat the process a foot lower, and continue until you reach one foot above the ground. Keep the lines free of growing vegetation and avoid hanging anything on it.
