How To Use Garlic To Keep Your Lawn Green
By ALEXANDRA RODRIGUEZ
Keep your lawn green and healthy by simply blending garlic into a liquid spray and using it on the grass in your lawn. All you need for this is garlic cloves, water, and soap.
Garlic works as a natural pesticide against parasites that make their way into the grass's soil to infect the roots. By removing them, you can ensure a green, flourishing lawn.
Gather one head of garlic, four cups of water, two tablespoons of liquid dish soap, and a spray bottle. Blend the peeled cloves with one cup of water for a minute.
The cloves will be a bit chunky in the mix initially. Add 3 more cups of water, along with the liquid soap, and blend again until you have a liquid with fewer clumps.
Allow the mixture to steep for 12 to 24 hours, or instantly strain and fill your spray bottle with the liquid before spraying it onto the grass, covering every section evenly.
