IKEA's ELVARLI Open Shelving Unit Is The Room Divider Solution You Need

If you can't drill into your home's walls but still need extra storage or closet space, IKEA's ELVARLI open shelving can help you create a closet while working as a room divider.
ELVARLI's base design costs $465 and comes with two columns, each with four adjustable shelves. It can either stand against a wall or on its own, acting as a room divider.
In a TikTok video, user @homesweetpink demonstrated how they adapted the ELVARLI system as a closet without drilling any holes in their walls.
The user also added ELVARLI drawers ($50 each) to the shelf and a clothing rail ($10 each) at the top to hang large pieces of clothing.
