Turning a napkin holder from Dollar Tree into a renter- and budget-friendly, wall-mounted rack can keep clutter off your bathroom counters, and you can do it in under 10 minutes.
With two adhesive hooks, mount a Cooking Concepts Wire Napkin Holder horizontally on your bathroom wall so that its open end faces out, and hang a few S-hooks on the wire rungs.
The napkin holder will become a rack for everything, be it makeup palettes, nail polish, hand towels, or scarves, and the S-hooks will act as hanging spots for items with loops.
Costing $15 or less, this DIY is ingenious because the napkin holder's grid-like design makes it easy to adapt for different items, and the adhesive hooks don't damage your walls.
