Married To Real Estate Reveals The Kitchen Amenity That Draws In Buyers
By RYAN HAYWARD
You want to make sure that your house stands out from every other one on the market when you're trying to sell it. Another kitchen storage option, according to co-hosts Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson of the HGTV series "Married to Real Estate," will undoubtedly boost interest in the purchase of your house.
Numerous items, including pots and pans, various small appliances, and, of course, food of all kinds, which requires significant storage, are kept in the kitchen. The hosts decide to make the most of the available kitchen space by including a gorgeous and convenient pantry.
"The pantry is a big deal. Every house needs additional storage. Pantries are a huge selling feature for resale, especially for large families," Sherrod says. She also suggests adding an array of pullout shelving so that items can be stylishly organized and available.
