Martha Stewart's Vinegar Tip That Brings Sparkle Back To Cloudy Glasses
By JACQUELINE DELIBES
Dishwashers may be convenient, but they can make your glassware look cloudy. Thankfully, Martha Stewart's vinegar hack efficiently removes the hard water buildup causing the haze.
Fill a bowl with hot water and submerge the closed vinegar bottles to warm them up for two minutes. You'll need one or two full bottles of vinegar for a large number of glasses.
Fill up a mixing bowl or sink with enough warm white vinegar to cover the glasses and soak them for an hour. Scrub each glass using a plastic scrubber with rubber gloves on.
Rinse the glasses in hot water and dry them quickly with a lint-free towel so more mineral drops don't form.
If you don't have a full vinegar bottle, pour what you have into a spray bottle, and spray the surface of each glass. Let it sit for an hour before scrubbing, rinsing, and drying.
