The Secret To Extending The Life Of Your Toilet Brush

Not only can Pine-Sol keep a toilet brush smelling cleaner with its pine scent, but as a disinfectant, it also kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria when used per label instructions.
TikTok creator @motivatedspcaes suggests adding Pine-Sol to the brush holder's bottom, allowing the liquid to fight a toilet brush's hygiene issues, discoloration, and scent.
Adding Pine-Sol straight in the holder will deodorize the brush until you use it again, but since only the tip will be saturated, the rest of the brush might remain germy.
To tackle this, clean the brush weekly with Pine-Sol. Fill the holder with hot water and Pine-Sol per the amount instructed on the label so it isn't too diluted and can kill germs.
Let the brush sit in the liquid for 30 minutes to an hour. Then, rinse the brush and holder, and let the brush air dry before restoring it.
