Qualities Of A Dream Home, According To HGTV's David Bromstad
By DARBY WAGLER
When it came time to find his own dream property, HGTV’s “My Lottery Dream Home” star David Bromstad focused on listings that were both out of his comfort zone and move-in ready.
He gave his real estate agent free reign over what sort of houses he would be shown, confident that his agent (and friend) would bring him out of his comfort zone in the best way.
The search took him four years as he held out for a house that would completely wow him. When he found his dream home, he claimed that its “special and unique” vibe just hit him.
The second thing he looked for was a home that was move-in ready. Most of the home’s rooms had been recently updated, saving him the effort of renovating during his busy schedule.
