If you’re considering buying IKEA’s Knösen toilet paper because its unusual gray color will suit your bathroom’s color scheme, it’s worth noting that some customers downgraded it.
“I would give 0 stars if I could. It's like wiping with cardboard or a leaf,” one user wrote. The same customer claimed that you need to use more than usual, which may cause clogs.
The product still has an almost 4-star rating overall, with many customers appreciating its unique look, but even many of the positive reviews warn that the toilet paper is rough.
While IKEA's customer service team responded that they would relay the feedback internally for design improvements, the IKEA website suggests that the product may be discontinued.
