Remove Food Stains From Food Containers With A Household Staple
By ALIA HOYT
Distilled white vinegar, a staple in most households, distinguishes itself as an affordable, eco-friendly, and non-toxic way to remove stubborn food stains from plastic containers.
For this hack, the process is extremely easy and straightforward: Fill the plastic container with enough vinegar to cover the stained area, and let it soak at least overnight.
The next morning, pour out the vinegar and wash the container thoroughly. Ideally, all the stains and smells should be gone, but if needed, you can repeat the treatment.
