Farr’s entrance pairs an exposed-brick layout with a more modern arched doorway. The modern custom iron door was made by Clark Hall Doors and boasts Flemish glass.
Living Room
The light herringbone flooring lends itself to the light and airy nature of the home, and a large brass modular lighting fixture immediately draws the eyes upward.
The blue L-shaped sofa breaks up the space and adds a pop of color, and a marble-top coffee table acts as an interesting centerpiece between the sofa and the steel fireplace.
Dining Room
The Swirling Leaves sliding doors separate the dining area from the kitchen, and the brass Bau lighting fixture and gorgeous imperfect wood table elevate the space.
Walk-In Closet
The narrow closet has floor-to-ceiling compartments that allow for the entire space to be used and features a small statement chandelier that pulls the eyes upward.
Powder Room
The powder room features a minimalist floating vanity and a basin sink, and the asymmetrical mirror lends itself to the fluidity that the space conveys.
The "Moontide" wallpaper in the room is inspired by crystalline agate and gold. It retails at $120 per yard and is placed so that the design isn’t interrupted by other features.
