Tangled Cords Are A Thing Of The Past With This Simple Storage Method
By RON BAKER
TikTok influencer Nick Glassett has the perfect trick to quickly and efficiently coil a 100-foot extension cord. He starts with both ends of the cable in one hand.
Then, with arms outstretched, Glassett repeatedly loops the cable in figure eight by reaching under the cord with one arm and then the other.
When nearing the end of the cord, Glassett secures the coil by wrapping the remaining cable around the loops and passing the tag end through one side, creating a loop for hanging.
When it comes to storage, hang the cord by its tag end so your coil will hold together, and so you can easily pass it back through your loop to quickly unwrap the cord.
