In an episode of the popular HGTV show "Christina on the Coast," host Christina Hall collaborated with couple Berto and Ruby to design a bar area in their dining room.
Hall believed that handles appear more elegant than knobs and provide a sleeker, cleaner look with their straight lines, which can highlight the length of the drawers and cabinets.
Ruby agreed with Hall's preference, mentioning that she never liked knobs either. Hall also emphasized the importance of finishes in adding visual interest
to handles.
"Brass pulls add a little bit more of the glam factor," she opined. In contrast, silver hardware gives a traditional vibe, while black finishes create a more modern look.
