The Easiest Way To Add Eucalyptus Into Your Bathroom
By COURTNEY ISOM
Eucalyptus is an evergreen tree that promotes natural healing, tranquility, and relaxation, meaning it can help reduce stress and anxiety. Eucalyptus oil has also been shown to reduce pain and lower blood pressure, so here is how to add it to your bathroom.
First, prep your plant by cutting the ends and pounding the eucalyptus branches with a hammer on a cutting board to get the scent flowing into the air. Use seven to 12 eucalyptus branches, and tie them to your showerhead.
The steam from the shower will release the eucalyptus oil into the air, making you feel calmer and more relaxed. The eucalyptus plants should not come in contact with water or your skin, and they should be replaced approximately every three weeks, or until the scent of the eucalyptus leaves perishes.
