The Easiest Way To Install A Potty Seat Onto Your Toilet
By ROBYN HUNT
Installing a built-in potty seat eliminates the need for a training toilet and makes the transition to a regular toilet much easier — and it can be done in as little as 30 minutes.
Make sure that you have the right size potty seat for your toilet shape. Seat sizes are either elongated or round, so make sure to measure to determine the correct size.
Remove the old seat and attach the new one with the provided hardware. Position it correctly before tightening the plastic bolts on the underside of the toilet.
Double-check that all the screws and nuts are securely tightened by giving the seat a gentle shake to make sure it's stable. If necessary, further tighten the nuts.
A built-in potty training seat saves space in smaller bathrooms, and the potty training section is removable, allowing it to be used even after the kids have outgrown it.
