The Essential Oils You Need to Eradicate Moths
By JULIANA LUMAJ
Essential oils provide soothing aromas with a variety of health benefits, such as reducing stress and inflammation, but they can also be useful in eliminating pests inside your home. Here are some easy ways to use essential oils to get rid of pesky moths this summer.
Oregano, lavender, cedar wood, peppermint, and patchouli oils are the best to do away with moths, but how should you use them around your home? Fill a spray bottle with water and a few drops of oil, and spray around your house for a refreshing burst of cleanliness.
Essential oil diffusers can also be effective when placed in rooms or closets where the moths are found, or you can add a few drops of oil to cotton balls and place them inside drawers and cupboards. However, be careful when using these oils around food unless they are safe for consumption.
