The Office Supply Item That Keeps Your Robot Vacuum From Getting Stuck
BY JESSICA DANIELS
Robot vacuums can be a wonderful, time-saving investment, but if yours is prone to getting stuck, try this simple trick with Command Strips to prevent that.
To prevent your robot vacuum from getting wedged under furniture, attach two Command Hooks or a similar product to the top.
Attach your hooks on either side of the motion sensors, with the curve of the hook facing forward and the pointed edge facing toward the back of the vacuum.
The hooks will act as bumpers, stopping the vacuum from trying to fit itself under tight spaces since the sensors take note of the blocked passage and adjust their route.
