The One Place You Should Be Using WD-40 That You May Be Forgetting
By TAMARA WARTA
WD-40 is popular for its lubrication capabilities. However, it also excels as a cleaning agent, especially for stubborn stains on tile floors and stainless steel sinks.
To remove makeup, paint, and deep scuff marks from tile floors, spray WD-40 directly on the stains, scrub with soap and water, then rinse with water to reveal a cleaner surface.
For stainless steel sinks, spray WD-40 onto a rag and wipe the stain, following the grain of the steel. This treatment not only gets rid of stains but also adds shine to the sink.
This versatile product can also clean rust from tools, remove crayon marks from toys and walls, and eliminate sticky residue from labels and tape, making WD-40 a must-have cleaner.
