A little-known secret, glycerin can work wonders on tough stains. Its natural affinity for water molecules makes it the perfect ingredient to break down stubborn fabric stains.
Glycerin is effective on oil-based stains, such as grease, oil, makeup, and even ink, as well as berry, coffee, and mustard stains. It’s also safe on most fabrics and colors.
Apply a few drops of Glycerin to the stain, and allow it to do its work for about 10-15 minutes. Don’t mix it with any other stain removing products to avoid adverse reactions.
