Measure the shelf or drawer you want to line to determine how many mats you need to buy, then use a pair of sharp scissors or a box cutter to cut them down to the desired size.
The bath mats can resist rougher handling than normal shelf liners and should naturally stick to the shelf surface. If aesthetics are a concern, buy clear or less visible mats.
