The Stunning Paint Color Bobby Berk Loves To See In Living Rooms

If you want to move away from the trend of using neutral and earthy tones for your living room, turn to a bold shade of blue that even celebrity designer Bobby Berk prefers.
The "Queer Eye" star is a big fan of Bold Blue by Benjamin Moore and uses it in many projects. He believes it is a nice tone for relaxing and makes other elements in the room pop.
He wrote on his blog, "As the spot in the home to watch TV, hang out, and generally chill, we wanted the [living] room to feel totally inviting and have a sense of playfulness."
Berk told People that his love for the shade started at a young age when he changed his room's color from all-red to blue, adding that "blue just made me feel better."
Color psychology seems to back Berk's feeling, as a study by the Journal of Psychological Science found that individuals tend to associate blue with feelings of relief.
