The Vacuum Hack For Removing
Wasp Nests
You Should Probably Avoid
By KOURTNEY BORMAN
If you have a wasp problem, using a long-handled vacuum to remove the nest might seem like a tempting solution, but it's one you should avoid due to the potential safety risks.
While this method can work for small nests if your model has a sealed, disposable bag, it becomes dangerous when the nest is too large or the vacuum isn't completely sealed.
In such cases, you could end up with angry wasps that could easily escape and sting anyone nearby, quickly turning what seems like an easy fix into a risky and painful situation.
Therefore, only attempt this approach if you're absolutely sure the nest will fit inside the bag and that it can contain the pests securely without giving them a chance to
get out.
