This Easy Shower Cleaning Hack Calls For A Common Kitchen Ingredient
By RIA BHAGWAT
Modern showers are typically made with iron and corrode over time, harboring bacteria and soap residue. They can also form a black grit that can be challenging to remove.
Coconut oil has antibacterial properties, which makes it an ideal solution for combating these issues. Simply mix equal amounts of coconut oil and baking soda to form
a paste.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then apply it to the bathtub, allow it to sit for 10 minutes, and scrub with a sponge. Wipe off excess paste and grime with a paper towel.
Once done, apply a second coat of paste and scrub to remove any remaining residue. Finally, polish with bleach or a multi-surface cleanser to reveal a
squeaky-clean tub.
If your face absorbs coconut oil, it can lead to clogged pores, so remember to wash your face after showering. Also, ensure you clean the tub thoroughly to avoid slippery surfaces.
