Upgrade The Look Of Your Garden Hose Storage With A Creative DIY

Even when the messy loops of your garden hose are corralled in a hose reel, it still doesn’t look very attractive. Thankfully, Maggie McGaugh shared a helpful DIY on Instagram.
To start, use metallic gold spray paint to coat a deer head made of an outdoor-friendly material, like resin, and then your spigot, protecting your house's exterior with tape.
Securely mount the deer head on the outside of your house near the spigot. Depending on the house’s exterior, pick a unique hose color, like the terracotta in McGaugh’s post.
The last step is to attach your garden hose to the spigot and wind it around the deer head holder. Be sure to add a gold hose tip to make the entire setup look extra fancy.
