Use A Lint Roller To Easily Clean Your Screen Doors
By KIRSTIE BINGHAM
Cleaning your window and door screens with soap and water can be a hassle, but luckily there’s a quick way to get all the grime off them — by using a regular old lint roller.
Screens are made to pick up lint, pollen, dust, and other junk, but if they accumulate too much, the airflow will be weakened. Lint rollers are sticky enough to pick up that up.
There are certain techniques that make this method more successful, which include cleaning the door from the outside and lifting away as much as possible.
Make sure you hit the corners and have a firm but light touch, so you don’t damage the screen. Go over the area until it’s clean and peel off layers when the roller is full.
