Use One Type Of Salt To Naturally Dehumidify Your Room
By ROSE OKEKE
While a good dehumidifier may be on the expensive side, a natural way to keep your home’s humidity levels in check is using rock salt.
Rock salt is less refined and more organic than table salt. It also has the ability to draw moisture from the air, which makes it perfect
for dehumidifying.
According to Better Homes and Gardens, to make your own dehumidifier, you’ll need two buckets. Make holes in the first bucket, and then place it into the second bucket.
Pour your rock salt into the first bucket, and when the second bucket fills up with water, dump out the run-off. Add more salt as it’s gradually depleted.
