Use These Two Handy IKEA Items To Hack Your Bathroom Storage
By RHIANNON FAITH IRELAND
If your tiny bathroom’s surfaces are crammed with grooming or hygiene essentials, this TikTok IKEA hack will clear away all your small items, leaving your surfaces free of clutter.
Easier, quicker, and cheaper than installing a medicine cabinet, the project requires three IKEA Skogsviken trays, a Skogsviken towel rail, and some peel-and-stick adhesive strips.
Use the adhesive strips to attach the towel rail to a convenient place — your sink backsplash, a wall, or next to the toilet. Then, simply place the small trays on the towel rail.
You can fill the trays with shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or any of your small bathroom items, keeping them accessible while freeing up valuable countertop space.
The IKEA Skogsviken towel rail and trays are currently available only in a matte black finish; however, you could easily paint them to match your bathroom decor if you prefer.
