Use This Clever Drill Hack To Assemble Ikea Furniture Like A Pro

Assembling IKEA furniture can often feel like a test of patience, especially when faced with the daunting task of manually driving in numerous screws using the tiny Allen wrenches.
Luckily, TikTok user Nick Starrett has shared a clever hack that makes the process much easier. Start by cutting the short part of the Allen key with an angle grinder or
a hacksaw.
Next, insert the longer piece into the drill and use it as a drill bit. It's recommended to set the drill's torque to a low setting to avoid damaging the furniture.
If you're hesitant to alter your Allen wrenches, consider buying hex driver bits for your drill. The most common sizes used for assembling IKEA furniture are 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm.
