Use This Easy Toilet Paper Roll Hack
For A Thriving Herb Garden
By KALEIGH BRILLON
You can use toilet paper rolls as biodegradable root training pots to help you grow seedlings with deeper roots and give your plants and herbs a better head start in the garden.
This is an earth-friendly way of starting the seed, as the cardboard breaks down to form compost that is beneficial to the plants. They also help to make roots deeper and sturdier.
The thin and narrow space of the toilet paper roll will encourage deeper roots that grow down instead
of out. Deep roots have better nutrient intake, leading to healthier plants.
