According to TikTok user @anna_louisa_at_home, inserting a single, scented dryer sheet into your pillows on your bed can add an aroma boost that keeps your bed smelling fresh.
This is ideal for prolonging the effect of fresh fragrance in your bedroom (or elsewhere in your home), long after you've taken the bedding materials out of the washing machine.
Simply slip a scented dryer sheet underneath your pillowcase or cushion, and let the scent slowly diffuse from the sheet while remaining hidden under your pillow.
Add more dryer sheets if necessary. Just be careful if you have any allergies or experience migraines, and avoid putting your head directly on the spot where the sheet is placed.
