What Vinyl Place Mats Can Do To Keep Your Kitchen Cabinets Clean

Place mats are a customizable and stylish way to keep your kitchen cabinets tidy. While shelf liners may be slightly less expensive, vinyl place mats are far easier to clean.
Liners have a spongy texture filled with little perforations that make cleaning them a hassle. Stains on vinyl mats can be washed off with a sponge and mild dishwashing liquid.
By using vinyl place mats, you won’t have to cut custom sizes from a liner roll either. Most rectangular place mats have a 12- or 14-inch depth by a length of 16 to 20 inches.
A cabinet depth size is typically between 12 and 24 inches. Simply measure the depth and width of your cabinet shelves before purchasing any mats to ensure you get the right size.
