Why You Should Avoid Squishing Stink Bugs
In The House At All Costs
By JENNY TINDER
When disturbed or squashed, stink bugs emit a foul-smelling odor from glands on their abdomen, the distinct aroma of which can persist for days and are difficult to remove.
This lingering stench makes things even more awkward when guests arrive, and removing it often requires more extreme measures like shampooing carpets and laundering curtains.
Additionally, crushing
a stink bug releases pheromones that beckon other stink bugs, potentially turning a small issue into
a substantial infestation.
